Wednesday 15 August 2018, Factom Authority Node Operator Factoshi announces the launch of one of their campaign pledges, the Factom metrics website Factoshi.io.

Factoshi is a development Factom Authority Node Operator with their primary focus on building a robust ecosystem to compete with the standard set by other tokens in the crypto-sphere. The released metrics website, Factoshi.io is part of this effort.

The Factom community, Factoid holders and even Factom partners are able to monitor metrics live using Factoshi.io. The website gives detailed metrics on how the Factom blockchain is being used, including:

  1. Historic entry credit burn rate
  2. Total number of entry chains
  3. Supply and inflation information.
  4. Entry credit prices.
  5. Geographic node distribution.
  6. Information on authority servers

“We are absolutely delighted to announce the launch of factoshi.io. With this launch, the Factom community can finally gain accurate and up-to-date information on network use and other metrics. The website is an iterative process, we will continue to develop and expand – so expect more features to come”, said Factoshi Director, Alex.

In line with a decentralized protocol, Factoshi.io makes it easier to get information and provides transparency on how Factom is being used.

About Factoshi

Factoshi is an elected Factom Authority Node Operator deployed in the first 11 as part of the M3 Governance. Their team consists of two developers who focus on development and transparency to support the Factom protocol.

About Factom

The Factom technology secures data for private and public organizations by publishing encrypted data or a cryptographically unique fingerprint of the data to Factom’s immutable, distributed blockchain. Its M3 Governance roll-out in May 2018 saw 21 elected Authority Node Operators, with an eventual 65, for a fully distributed, autonomous blockchain protocol.
